90-Minute Conflict Workshop

 Specially designed to increase customer service standards, decrease conflict in the workplace or help you deal with an angry client. We bring the trainers to you in these quick, customizable workshops that will provide essential skills for all levels of your staff or volunteers.

Landlord - Tenant 

Whether your issues are unpaid rent, noise complaints or damages, we can help both parties come to a reasonable agreement with or without a written settlement as an outcome with a goal to bring peace to the neighborhood. In Cowlitz County, this service is free. 

Parent-Teen Mediations

Parents and young adults often have areas where they disagree; household chores, school performance, dating boundaries or unmet expectations can all be mediated in a neutral and low-risk space. We will provide a confidential intake, consultation and negotiation process that can help teens and the adults in their lives understand each other better and resolve unpleasant conflicts.

Workplace Conflicts

Mediation of workplace can improve relationships among employees, ensuring that all voices are heard and promoting constructive dialogue. This process effectively balances diverse perspectives and interests to restore harmony and productivity in the workplace.
