ERPP Lead Specialist
Lisa moved to Cowlitz County in 2014. She fell in love with the area and weather right away. She began working at Community Mediation Center in May of 2021. Lisa specializes in Eviction Resolution, working with tenants, landlords and property management. In her personal time she enjoys crocheting, reading, weekend getaways to the ocean and camping and spending time with her daughter.
Marsha has been a resident of Kelso, WA since 1984 when she moved up from Southern California. She graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Buena Park, CA. She has been employed with the Community Mediation Center as an Early Resolution Specialist since August 2021. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, hiking, traveling and spending time with family, friends, but especially her five grandchildren.
Laura graduated from Kelso High and has been a lifelong Cowlitz resident. She began working at Community Mediation Center in 2021. Laura has completed her BMT training to become a certified mediator as well as training for trauma informed and certification as a notary.
On her off time she likes hiking, thrifting, everything true crime, mixed-media arts and Jazzercise and spending time with her fiancée Chris and their 5 kids.
Family Mediation Program Director
Jackie graduated from Centralia High school and obtained her AA through Centralia Community College. She has been with Community Mediation Center since 2018. She is a certified mediator with 40 hours BMT training, trauma informed training and landlord/tenant training.
Jackie specializes in Family mediation.
When not working she enjoys collecting old books, working on DIY projects, watching homesteading shows, writing and spending time with her husband and their daughters.
Janice is a longtime resident of Lewis county. She has been with the center since 2007, starting out as a certified mediator. She has been the Executive Director since 2016. She is certified in family, landlord/tenant, parent/teen and ERPP mediation. She is also trained in trauma informed and restorative practices.
Janice has a passion for mediation and conciliation and when asked what her favorite aspect of mediation is, she responds, "seeing when people are able to work together to create a solution to their issue when they didn't think it would be possible."
